Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Certain items, such as intimate apparel and swimwear, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for specific details. Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales are final and not eligible for refunds.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +92 330 4114118. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back to us.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days from receipt of the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order. The return policy for the exchanged item will be the same as for refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@everlooms.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
